Barco A La Vista is offered as a fully private oceanfront estate in South Sound, Grand Cayman. Rates reflect exclusive use of the property, accommodating up to 14 guests with access to infinity pool terraces, private dock, and expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces.

Seasonal pricing varies based on demand, island travel patterns, and holiday periods. The estate is never shared and is reserved for one group at a time, ensuring privacy and a refined guest experience throughout each stay.

Barco A La Vista is reserved exclusively for one group at a time with a 7-night minimum stay year-round.

All reservations at Barco A La Vista require a 7-night minimum stay and are secured with a signed rental agreement and deposit.

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of all booking charges.

Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.
